Short answer: prioritize walkable clusters, save exact map pins, make one group decision before leaving and use locally available transport when the distance, weather or time makes walking unsuitable.

Start with the center

Walking Street and the surrounding roads concentrate many food choices. This is easiest when a group wants different things or when you do not want to commit to a destination before seeing it.

When a restaurant outside the central strip is worth considering

Use the map carefully

A straight-line distance does not explain road conditions, lighting or weather. Open the actual route. Share the same destination with everyone in the group and avoid relying on a screenshot of an old listing.

Do not rent a scooter only for dinner

If you are not confident riding, food is not a good reason to begin after dark. Choose a walkable option or arrange suitable transport instead. Never ride after drinking.

Getting to Rose's

Rose's Roadhouse is at 801/5-6 Moo 8 in Wiang Tai. The website's directions button opens the current Google Maps destination. Check the actual route from your location and call if you are unsure whether the restaurant is still serving.

Local information changes: transport availability and route conditions should be checked at the time of travel. This page deliberately avoids promising a service Rose's does not operate.
